By purchasing from Fracture Skygen, you agree to the following Terms:
1: No Refunds or Chargebacks – All sales are final. Chargebacks or Disputes will result in a Permanent Ban from our Server & Store. If you have an issue, please Contact our Support first.
2: Purchases Are Not Instant – While most purchases are Delivered Immediately, some may take up to 1-3 minutes. If you don't receive your purchase, Contact Support.
3: No Pay-to-Win – We do not sell anything that give Players unfair advantages. Purchases help Support the Server, not ruin the experience for others.
4: Lost Items Are Not Replaced – If you lose an item due to in game mechanics (Death, Theft, or Clearing), it will not be Refunded or Replaced.
5: Server Changes & Purchases – We reserve the right to Update or Modify Server Content, including Store items. If an item is Changed or Removed, Refunds will not be issued.
