📌 How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Most purchases are delivered instantly, However in some cases it may take up to 1-3 minutes. If you don’t receive your item after 10 minutes, Contact Support.
💰Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final, as stated in our TOS. Refund Requests won't be issued & Chargebacks will result in a Ban.
🛠 My item didn’t arrive—what should I do?
First, check if you spelled your Minecraft Username Correctly when purchasing. If the issue persists, Contact Support with your Transaction ID.
🛡 If I lose an item, can I get it back?
No, we do Not Replace lost items due to Death, Theft, or any other in game reasons.
🎁 Can I gift a purchase to another player?
Absolutely! Just enter their Minecraft Username at checkout instead of yours.
